CIU alumna leads ambitious entrepreneurial group

星空无限传媒 alumna Chandra Briggman says she is honored to be named the new president/chief executive officer of Activation Capital in Richmond, Virginia. assists business startups in accessing the tools and resources needed to navigate the entrepreneurial process.

Briggman鈥檚 career spans 24 years in national and regional strategy, innovation, and marketing in both startups and large enterprises. Prior to accepting the position with Activation Capital, Briggman was director of Venture Caf茅 Foundation, a nonprofit working to grow entrepreneurship across听New England. She has also held innovation roles with the听United States Postal Service听in听Washington, D.C., and held leadership roles with multiple startups.
Briggman is an active member of the entrepreneurship and innovation community, including as an instructor, coach/mentor, public speaker, and chair of the听board for a nonprofit dedicated to youth entrepreneurship.
